It is just amazing! ocean & river, 270 degrees views from sunrise to sunset. Just amazing! Steps away from ocean water but 15 m. safe on a rock hill. The birds fly close to our balconies and the view changes every second. You can swim in the river or the ocean. We have a water fall to enjoy the visit of birds, BBQ, Pizza oven
