It’s a private basement suite with a walk-out, so it doesn’t feel like a basement. Two bedrooms with queen beds and 43” smart tv’s. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 55” smart tv and an outdoor hot tub right outside the door. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, water cooler, coffee maker, toaster and complimentary coffee, tea, and popcorn. Private parking in the back, not far from the door.
