Very nice place, very clean. It's accurate to description and photos. We were 8, 6 adults and 2 children, and we all had room and never felt on top of each other. The plus: a bathroom on the ground floor and a second upstairs, very convenient when you are in large numbers. Responsive hosts. Sophie has always been at our disposal and very friendly. We would recommend this listing.

Every detail has been thought for our comfort, a comfortable bed in the kitchen perfectly equipped. The location is also a major asset. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities, it allowed us to fully enjoy our destination without the inconvenience of noise or crowds. We spent a few days with the family at this house, and everything was exactly as advertised. The house is spacious, thoughtful, and perfectly suited to accommodate 11 people comfortably. Everyone can enjoy their space without stepping on it, while having the opportunity to meet together in the large common areas, especially on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the amenities are great: swimming pool, sunbeds, hot tub and games room for the evenings, everything is there. And what about the welcome of Stéphane and his wife? Warm, available and very accommodating. Thanks to them for this beautiful time. We leave with a smile.

The house was lovely, simply but nicely decorated. We liked the earthen walls and the unique dry toilet. It was perfect for us. There were lots of little extras too, like games for children and interesting books. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay The garden was well kept and there were lots of places to walk our dog.

Thanks to Hugues and his wife for their welcome, very nice house, operational, peaceful, it feels good. we had a beautiful week, I recommend the beach of the oncologist very clean and less seaweed, the big bill restaurant, and visit Guérande and cruise in the yellow boat at the rock-bernard. I highly recommend this property managed by Hugues and his wife, I think we will surely come back.
