Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caribbean Sea

We had a great time! The area is very quiet. When we entered the place smelled good and it was clean. It has everything you need. The accommodation is cozy. If you are manic with pillows I recommend bringing your own. I'd stay again.

Pamela and her family were super welcoming to us. We really appreciated the ride to the airport and letting us have a safe space to spend the night before heading to the airport for a group of girls, thank you!

We had 12 in our group and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants, but you will have to drive. Less than a 15 minute drive to both Crashboat Beach and Jobos Beach, both family friendly and umbrella and chairs to rent. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home has everything you need. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment during our second visit to Spanish Town. A definite highlight was the private pool. Fantastic for relaxing and cooling off. We also really valued the peace and quiet of the location, which made for a very relaxing stay. The apartment itself is well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. Communication with the host, Nordia, was excellent. She was always easy to reach, responded quickly, and was consistently very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this provided a great base for exploring Spanish Town again. Given the comfortable apartment, lovely pool, quiet setting, and responsive host, we happily recommend it and hope to return to the area.

Beautiful surrounding, private parking, tons of amenities, and a host that makes you feel like family - what more could a solo travel girl ask for?! I've been back from my stay just a few hours - and I'm already checking my next available vacation days 😄

Jacky’s place was more than expected. It was very cozy and clean, she had everything one needed in the kitchen as well as for the outside, like beach chairs and beach umbrellas ⛱️ some were newer than others but still very helpful to have them when going to the beach. Jacky even had a cooler and a cooling bag where we took our snacks to the beach. We also had clean towels for the house and beach towels. Jacky was super responsive and always helped when we had questions or recommendations. I definitely recommend her cozy home and will like to be back in the near future! Thank you for everything Jacky!

Our family enjoyed our time at Damaris’s place. She was quick to respond and everything was easily accessible. We had to call maintenance for the front door and she immediately responded and got the door knob replaced with friendly maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. This will be my go to place every time I visit the city. The apartment was clean, beautiful, hot water, comfortable bed, and quiet. A perfect stay to go with my family.

I can only mention that the place was amazing, clean, and in a very good area. For what you pay it's super good, you have a lot of places nearby as well. Like the beaches.

Well located apartment complex within walking distance of a grocery and pharmacy. Nearby restaurants that you can order from. The apartment itself was well organized with all the amenities that you will need. Really enjoyed my stay

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. During our stay, we were able to use bicycles (free of charge), making it easy to get around the island. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned again halfway through our stay. Additionally, it was well-equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would 100% recommend this place!

The place is very comfortable and clean, the location is excellent, it has a very nice beach. The pool is very nice with a beautiful view of the sea. Spacious parking. Everything was incredible

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. Hosts very responsive and proactive to help with everything! Thanks Diane and Luis for sharing this blessed place with us!

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

My family and I were very happy with this beautiful unit, everything was in perfect condition. Its location is excellent so close to everything. We recommend them 100% ☺️

This was our second time visiting Brad and Juanita’s place in Rio Grande, and just like the first time, it did not disappoint. The place was clean, comfortable, accessible. We hope to be back again!

This place is exactly as described: “Absolutely heavenly”. While the condo is just a bit off the beaten path - you can’t walk to any restaurants or stores - the setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop terrace can only be described as incredibly amazing. The condo is very well maintained, very close to the airport, close to all of the main beaches in Puerto Plata., and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. However, my primary reason for sharing this review online is to share with any potential renters that there is a hidden gem located just a few minutes from this condo. That hidden gem is Playa Alicia. While there are many beautiful beaches in Puerto Plata, this one small beach is awesome. On a map you will note that it is just to the east of Sosua. It is a much smaller beach, very intimate, the water is crystal clear, and there are no rocks. As a traveler this is the kind of information I appreciate the most.

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment is well located, close to the beach and with easy access to shops and restaurants. It is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The communication with the Host was quick and clear at all times. It's definitely a good option if you're looking to relax by the sea.

This spot could not have been more perfect for me. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The property is so quiet and peaceful. I never heard another person or a car. Yet you have a handful of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very cool area. The little market was so well appointed. Every little thing I needed i actually found there. Plus you can literally walk to Frigate Bay if you want. Although I would definitely get a vehicle. There was ample parking and the island is huge. You want to see everything ! Loved my 2 weeks there. Thanks!
