Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

Located on the outskirts of Newport "The Little Rose Pod" is the ideal base to start from if you want to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight or just get cozy and settle in and enjoy this romantic, rustic space that The Little Rose Pod has to offer. The area is quiet and peaceful and just a stones throw away from the main town and bus station, as well as being a short walk away from the historic Carisbrooke Castle and many picturesque cycle paths that lead to beautiful beaches and seaside towns.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. A continental breakfast is included. Close by is the Georgian sailing town of Lymington with its marinas, cobbled streets and restaurants (7 mins by car), Lymington Pier Station and I.O.W. Ferry (5-mins), and Beaulieu (12-mins). The cabin enjoys high speed fibre direct to property.
