Only 3 km from the city, close to tourist attractions in the region, such as Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio (less than 30 km).

Located in the beautiful Condominium Garden Club Residence, with infrastructure and safety of excellent quality, place for rest and good FAMILY moments. We don't take young people who are looking for houses to party. Only families with children and/or the elderly.

My place is near the dam (approximately 200 m.).. Quiet place, spacious and in the countryside ( 13 km from the center of Carlópolis ).
