TV room with FIREPLACE, retractable sofa and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Only 3km from the city, close to sights of the region, such as Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio (less than 30 km).

My place is close to the reservoir (approximately 200 m). It's a quiet, spacious place in the countryside (13 km from the centre of Carlópolis).
