Modern house in a new complex. Waking up to the sound of birds is comforting. 12 minutes from Melgar's main park and 10 minutes from Carmen de Apicalá park. You have super spacious rooms with nice beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. In the green area there is a jacuzzi, one of my favorite places. The barbecue in this area is enviable to share. We are characterized by luxury and comfort.

It is important to note that being a country or rural house, (it is not within any complex or condominium) it is 15 minutes from the town of Carmen de Apicala (the person in charge of the house picks you up to guide you to the house).
