Quiet cottage for 2 people, in the countryside (possibility of 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this cottage (adjoining on one side with another cottage 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the region. On the ground floor, a living room of 20 m² with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, WC and a separate bathroom. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

House located 2 km from the A84, between Brittany and Normandy. You are 25 km from Mont Saint Michel and can also enjoy the beaches (Saint Malo, Granville...). A private terrace and free private parking are at your disposal. On the ground floor is the living room (living room, kitchen) and the toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (bed linen and towels provided). Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the cottage and are not allowed to sleep in the bed or sofa.
