Holiday rentals in Carolina

Beautiful apt with a balcony & gorgeous ocean view, nice living room w/TVs in LR& BR. Directly on the beach with big pool too! Chairs were provided, but we opted to rent a one umbrella and two chaise lounges on the beach - easy and inexpensive ($20). Used the provided cooler and purchased some frozen bags of ice, and it was perfect. Apt had everything needed, grocery shopped nearby at Pueblo, maintained some breakfast items & snacks in the apt. Underground, indoor parking space a big plus since we rented a car. Location is excellent, easy driving distance to everything. Super walkable to the El San Juan Hotel (10 min). The only issue was two power outages in PR. Common areas all have light, working elevators, and the apt had water for showers, the toilet worked fine, plus a couple of battery lights were provided for nighttime. We spent one day at the mall (which had full power), and another at the beach so it was fine. Definitely recommend and will return! Thank you Beatrice!

The air bnb provided did not disappoint. From start to finish the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. They were caring about our arrival and safety, answered any questions promptly and the condo was clean with great private beaches. We did not explore the restaurants near the air bnb due to already having pre planned meals at other places. Neighbor seemed overall safe as well as the property is very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice place, just as the pictures. Right next to the beach and really close to the airport. I recommend it.

We booked a last-minute get-away and I am so grateful I found this property. It was squecky clean, and super easy walk to a lovely and calm area of the beach. Marlene greeted us with a warm smile and showed us into the condo. We felt safe at all timesand very comfortable. There is a 24-hour security guard on the gated property. The condo is equiped with everything you need (with AC!) including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, lotions, aloe, bug spray, coffee, sugar, laundry and two beach chairs and coolers. The 24-hour farmacia us right across the street in case you need anything else. On our last night, there was an island wide blackout and we received check-ins to make sure we were okay and flashlights and candles were provided. Thank you for hosting and helping to ensure we had a nice vacation. This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we feel in love with your island. Muchas Gracias!

We had an amazing stay at Will’s condo in Carolina. The beach is right outside the front door with plenty of stuff to do - jet skiing, boat rides, bars, and restaurants. There’s also a place that rents out large umbrellas for $10 a day - so you can bring the chairs from the condo and camp out all day on the beach. Will was a great host - the welcome email included tons of great options for food and activities. Which was nice because I did zero planning and we still had plenty to do. I can’t recommend more highly - we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area.

Had a great time at Jenniffer’s place. Large group of 7 and had plenty of space. AC worked great, instructions were easy to understand and follow, and the parking spot was large enough for an SUV. The location was excellent, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was only steps away and was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place in San Juan! The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning and made each morning feel like a dream. It was the perfect getaway from home—peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed during our travels. Carmen was a gracious and thoughtful host, and we truly appreciated the welcoming touches. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico!

Ferdinand’s place is great value for money. He went above and beyond to make sure we had clear instructions for arrival and that we maintained electricity in case the power outage continued. The apartment is a short stroll to the beach which was nice. The futon was comfier than most. Bring your own salt/pepper/oil/coffee if you plan to cook, but we were prepared for that so wasn’t an issue! Would book again.
