This amazing apartment is located on Isla Verde beach with direct beach access. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a/c units and queen beds. The master bedroom has a working desk and a TV. The living room has a sofa, 65’ tv, working desk, sitting area looking at the beach, a/c unit, a round dining table with four chairs and two stools for a counter that is part of the full kitchen. Wifi/Internet in all the apartment and Cable TV at the living room and master room.

A private balcony is depicted, featuring a small table and two chairs. A partial view of the sea and city skyline is visible in the background. The modern building and pool area can also be spotted from this vantage point.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

Our guests have the option of having a relaxing vacation, as well as a night out to have fun.
