Such a beautiful view and the best location, walk-able distance to many restaurants. We really loved our stay there. Having a bath in the bedroom looking out the window at the ocean was really nice. The apartment was styled so lovely, it was pristine clean and smelt amazing. The only thing I could fault was it wasn’t sleep in friendly, very bright in the mornings BUT I’m not a morning person so besides that it was perfect.

Karen was an amazing host provided with all the things we asked .. great location right next to Bilinga beach .. easy access to airport. Pool and spa was very well maintained.. the house was cozy and comfy ..

Damians place was awesome. Much bigger than it looked in the photos and very comfortable. Flexible with check in. Nice location with heaps of things within walking distance (beach, shops, public transport, bars etc). Would definately stay there again.

A really great spot to stay, short walk to the beach and entertainment. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and felt really nice. Host has great communication times. Really loved the easy checkin and check out.

Great place to stay was there for a week while I was on holidays on Gold Coast every thing u need like shops was in walking distance and when I neeedes any info Paulo replied in a good timely manner and was well informed me about getting into the apartment

Micheal was an awesome host. He responded extremely fast and was always very polite. His home is absolutely beautiful and the views of the Gold Coast are incredible. It’s walking distance to almost everything you could need. I would recommend this home and host to everyone wanting a good holiday to the Gold Coast.

Huge apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the river and surfers skyline. Probably the best shower I’ve had anywhere and just a 5 min walk to all the excitement of the GC. Facilities are top notch and it really feels like a home. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks guys.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

One of the best, if not the best air bnb stay I’ve had. Beautiful home… kids called it barbie dream house Haha it was clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed to cook most nights and celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Highly recommend.

This is a genuine family home, it feels like the owners have just stepped out and left you their luxury country retreat to relax in.

Perfect place for our family, with a great out door space for extra room. Both Mick and Wenny were very helpful and if we needed anything they were literally next door.

It was a great place for our family to meet for the Easter break and enjoy family time together without the long distance travelling. The home is very spacious, neat, clean, tidy and met all our family requirements. The crystal clear swimming pool and view to the hills certainly was an inviting start to an unwinding and relaxing holiday. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

It was a really nice place, great views and well within walking distance to shops and other attractions. The place was clean, tidy, with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
