Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. There are also board games and large collection of DVD´S with a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard. A One Bedroom Apartment with One King Size Bed suitable for a couple only and beside the Carrigart Hotel Restaurant & Bar. Open Plan Kitchen/Living Room and spacious Bathroom with Power Shower. It's centrally heated with carpets throughout as well as a TV with 60 channels. It is the sister apartment of "The Mews" in the same building and owned and managed by Ray. Only 5 minutes drive to Rosapenna & St Patricks Golf Course.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
