The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Enjoy the deck with gas grill and a complete kitchen fully-stocked with utensils & supplies. Pet Fee: $50 - 1st dog; $25 - each additional. 2 max.

Eureka Yurts & Cabins- Pine View Yurt w/ hot tub

Luxury cedar yurt built in 2019. It's ideal for a peaceful getaway in Eureka Springs. We used locally sourced black walnut throughout the yurt. Nice views through 5 large picture windows from the king-size Purple mattress bed or the double recliner leather couch. The bathroom has a petrified wood sink and a large walk-in shower. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Private hot tub on a large deck to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. Short drive to town.

There is NO door between bedrooms. THE BEST amount of space for a couple, 3-4 friends or a couple with 2 small kids. 12 minute walk to downtown bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. 5 minute drive to grocery. 30 minutes to Beaver Lake, museums, caves, mountain biking, hiking, rafting.

Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
