We live in a brand new housing development. The house was built in August of 2020. The area is super safe. Lots of places to walk and ride around. There is a park, and a basketball court right across the street from our house. We are about 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the biggest little city in the world (Reno). We are within walking distance from Walmart, Trader Joes, in&out, Dollar store, Famous Footware and many more. I grew up here. I know all the best spots.

Cozy queen room 20 miles from beautiful Lake Tahoe and 30 miles to Reno. Quiet home with no kids, no pets, and no city noise. If you want to be close to all the majesty of Tahoe but not pay Tahoe prices, this place is for you! My home is pet free and no animals are allowed due to allergies. Most of the other ABnB rentals in Carson City are pet-friendly, so if you have an allergy or aversion, then this would be suitable for you. Full access to rest of house and your own bathroom.
