There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends and families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. A luxurious hot tub and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower are available but charged separately on request. Art classes and treatments also available.

Spacious, inviting interiors with comfy sofas & log burning stove, designed for family, friends, loved ones to come together. Well equipped kitchen. Table seats 4 with views across barn & fells. Warm and cosy bedrooms with their own views. Bedroom and bathroom on each floor for a little added privacy. Doors open onto a secure garden & 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.
