In the centre of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 minutes from Lille and 5 minutes from the train station to Lille or Lens, a pretty little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up a magnificent cathedral living room with TV and wifi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.
