This area has so much to offer from lake fun on the boat, paddle board or kayak; to mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing and more. We are close to many foothill attractions (historical museums/landmarks/boutique shopping/theaters/music) and wine tasting/culinary delights to please the foodies. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. Quiet Guest cottage, 3 minutes from downtown.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Single bed in the living-room. Lovely patio outside for smoking.

Inside you will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of this convenient location to Scott’s flat reservoir, the Parlinent and Hoot mountain bike trails.
