This 2-bedroom home has one master with an ensuite bath. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a comfy queen bed and futon in the side of the room. The living room has a pull-out sofa as well. There is a well-stocked kitchen and grill! Plenty of bikes are provided to enjoy biking on the quiet streets/Shamrock Nature Park (.5 mi. away) Multiple SWFL beaches are 10-15 minutes away! Did we mention the TIKI HUT and hot tub? Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed.
