Welcome to Casa Querencia — a beautifully designed Italian retreat in the medieval village of Colledimezzo, overlooking Il Lago di Bomba. This lovingly restored stone home offers something rare: panoramic lake and mountain views from every room. Blending historic charm with modern design, it features four sleeping spaces, a bright open layout, a new kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace for outdoor living , creating a space that feels stunning and deeply comfortable. Force of nature

The house dates back to the early 1900s, in a quiet location, on the edge of the village, it has a space in front of the entrance that can be used for outdoor dining. It is furnished in an essential but comfortable way. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a kitchen and a living room with a pallet sofa and 2 single beds, for a total of 6 beds. The kitchen has an old fireplace that can be lit in winter. The small bathroom has a shower. It is not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Welcome to Bagolaro Casa Vacanze, a comfortable independent apartment consisting of a large living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second double bedroom and bathroom with shower. You can relax on the furnished patio with mountain views or in the small fenced garden. The house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is cared for in every detail, and equipped with heating and air conditioning

My grandparents' old farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, but with all modern comforts. Nestled in the countryside, suitable for a relaxing time away from the chaos, with a great location to easily reach the sea, mountains, lakes, thermal pools, rafting on the river, excursions and much more. In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also carry out Reiki and meditation treatments off-site.
