Amazing Beachfront Apartment, Three Balconies, Sea Views

The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Very well connected to the rest of the city, the best fashion boutiques and restaurants are all in the vecinity. The apartment has been decorated respecting XIXth century urban architecture: high ceilings and restored typical tile floors. The apartment is 2690 square feet divided in sleeping quarters, living and dining room and kitchen. The rooms are four suites, each with their bathroom, and two queen size with external bathroom. In all, six independent rooms equipped with queen size beds (premium viscoelastic mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, geese feather comforters and 4 pillows for each bed: two made out of viscoelastic and two of geese feather).
