Appena ristrutturato, bel monolocale di charme di 26m2, ideale per giovane coppia o singolo. Poltrona letto disponibile per eventuale terza persona molto in confidenza (la doccia è al centro del locale, e funge anche da punto luce). Letto 140 sopraelevato. Angolo cottura. Attenzione al lato estetico essendo uno spazio piccolo e una struttura antica. La zona del Carmine e piazza della Giuggiola sono magnifiche. I rent my lovely apartment, in an original Genoese 1930s’ palazzo. Ca’ Rossa is located on the fourth floor and from the balcony you may enjoy a beautiful view of the city skyline. The apartment is fully furnished, full of quietness and charm and carefully kept and looked after. The apartment is located in Circonvallazione a Monte, which can be thought of as the ‘first floor’ of Genova: in front of the building a public free-of-charge funicular takes you down to the ancient town in 3-minutes.
