Assolutamente consigliabile , il prezzo li vale tutti per un Loft così grande e moderno in quella posizione ! Arredato con gusto e molto silenzioso ! Letti comodissimi! Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

Great location in the heart of the old city but very close to the waterfront. Cobblestone streets are quaint, just be aware that getting there is hard on wheels of your suitcase.

this is a beautifully presented apartment with everything you could need. the area is lovely and quiet but close to the centre. there are lots of shops, bars, and restaurants and a great play park by the coast. the hosts had great local recommendations and were super flexible around check-in and check-out

A Perfect Stay at Casa Pepito! We had an amazing stay at Casa Pepito! Daniela and Marco are truly wonderful host, so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with great recommendations. Their apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions yet in a quiet and charming area. Every recommendation they gave us—from restaurants to local sights—was absolutely spot on! If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and hospitable place to stay, Casa Pepito is the perfect choice. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

L’ alloggio è molto arioso e luminoso, provvisto di tutto in una zona super servita semi centrale della città . I letti sono comodissimi , lenzuola pulite e biancheria a disposizione degli ospiti in abbondanza. La vera chicca è il parcheggio riservato proprio di fronte all’ appartamento che ci ha permesso di spostarci in tranquillità senza l’ ansia di non ritrovare posteggio. Gianmarco è stato un host chiaro nelle indicazioni forniteci, molto gentile e disponibile. È stato un piacevole soggiorno che consigliamo!

Appartement pratique, dans un joli endroit et à proximité de la gare. Hote disponible qui donne toutes les informations utiles. Il est cependant un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking à proximité.

As always, everything was perfect, Luigia is so friendly and always helps the people and gives recommendations for activities and things to do. The apartment was very clean and the check in was smooth. Thank you very much again, we'll come back again
