New loft with ocean views!

Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. I premiere in April 2023. There is one double bed and one sofa that turns into another double bed. Ideal for two people, check if they are more. with an additional cost of 15 eu person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.

3 bedroom apartment, but with the sole use of a double room and exclusive use of a bathroom (the other 2 are closed). Great thermal and sound insulation of the house with A/C and heating. Filtered tap water in the kitchen for drinking. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Bus 2 minutes to get to the train station and the University. Large garden area.
