Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful Chianti hills in Tuscany, with the possibility of organising a shuttle service and exclusive experiences tailored to your needs. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle, hills and vineyards with unique sunsets.

Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Historic fattoria with pool

The property is about 1 km from the sea (only 8-10 minutes' walk) and has about 150 hectares of land in the hinterland with grain fields, maquis and olive trees as well as a small lake. The Fattoria with about 150 square meters of living space was built around 1800 and has since served the family as a summer and country residence. At the front is a classic garden. The 6 x 20 meter pool is also used by 2 other guest families, but offers enough retreat options due to the spacious complex.

La Gabbianella apartment by the sea

La Gabbianella is a cosy, recently renovated, well-furnished three-room apartment, ideal for four people. The apartment is located on the first floor, in a central and quiet area about 300 metres from the sea, close to all key public services, and it comes equipped with a full kitchen, air-conditioning, WI-FI, a designated work station and a convenient, private storage room on the ground floor with a washing machine and a sink. Suitable both for remote work and for a relaxing holiday!
