Detached cabin, self catering, on decking next to main residence Ideal for out and about couple. Wonderful open outlook with views over River Dee. MAX 2 adults. 1 dog. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the Cabin A Double bed, with storage underneath, single CHAIR bed, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster, dishes, etc, WC & shower. NO hob or oven. Towels, bed linen, usual necessities provided Heating; oil filled radiators. Nice river side walk into town. Off road parking, room for bikes.

The property compromises of a spiral staircase and underfloor heating throughout . There is an open plan living and kitchen area - a perfect place to chill out after exploring. No pets.

Kirkbrae is a beautiful victorian granite house, hosting guest accommodation which consists of a private area within the main house, including a bedroom, private bathroom and sitting area. Access is through a private external door and internal stairs leading to the first floor space. Amenities include parking, wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. Our peaceful location is within walking distance of a local community owned grocery store, Post Office, cafe and a theatre within New Galloway.

At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property.
