Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

There are local food outlets & winery's that are open on limited days. Mount Barker is 25 klm away & a good place for food & fuel. Telstra has the best coverage here & Internet and television is via satillite. Bluff Knoll & Albany are 40 klm away, with no services inbetween. We can provide milk, on request.

Our 125 acre property backs onto the Porongurup Range, with views from the cottages, The Granite Skywalk is a short drive from the property. Views are spectacular from the top, south to Albany and North to The Sterling Ranges. The cottages are located over 500 meters back from the road on our farm, allowing guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our other 2 cottages are Kestrel (adults only)& Boobook

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.
