The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people, 1 King bed, 1 Double bed and 1 single bedroom all furnished to a high standard. Bedding provided based on number of guests. A spacious living room with smart tv, fully functioning kitchen with all mod cons. Private patio with outdoor seating and table. Wifi throughout.

Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.
