The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen is within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely independent, has a free entrance and fantastic views of the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. Our guest house in the center of Limmen was completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc.) 3 min. walk. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 min), but also Alkmaar (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) are easily accessible. Parking is available on the street and is free. You can use the bicycles for free. You will have a private piece of garden at your disposal.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.
