Fantastic vacation home with free parking + air conditioning

This beautiful quiet accommodation is located right in front of a park. You have your own entrance and private garden/terrace that is enclosed. Castricum aan Zee is rich in hiking and cycling routes in the dunes, forests and bulb fields. And our North Sea beach is easily accessible by bike. It also has a train station with Intercity connection. Alkmaar and Central Amsterdam is 20 minutes away. Cafes and restaurants are widely available in beautiful Castricum. A large shopping mall and supermarkets are open 7 days.

Charming renovated apartment with large garden.

Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

The property is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It's the ideal home base for exploring the city and the region.
