This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Even lekker in een andere omgeving genieten van de mooie wandelroutes door onze NH duinreservaat en heerlijk uitwaaien op het mooiste strand van Nederland. Naast de vele tentjes op de wandelroutes met koffie / broodjes, kan er aan het eind van de dag in het centrum worden genoten van de beste restaurants uit Castricum en omgeving.

Our nice house is on the edge of dune and forest. By car, you will be on the beach of Castricum aan Zee in five minutes, by bike in twenty minutes, and after an hour's walk, you will be there. The house has everything you need: a nice sitting area overlooking the lovely garden, a dining area with comfortable chairs for long dining. A kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Two bedrooms with space for a total of four people and two bathrooms.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with sunny balcony is a stone's throw away from the historic city centre and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and two city bikes are available to explore the area. If you have an electric bike, you can safely store it in the enclosed storage room (on request). - Train station: 15 min. walk - City centre: 8 minutes by bike - Beach : 10 min. by car - Amsterdam: 35 min. by train or car

Here you enter a unique ecologically furnished accommodation. The accommodation has its own terrace with a table that can be extended to a dining table. There is a kitchenette with its own fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, dishes and cutlery. Within a five-minute walk, you can imagine yourself in the inner dune, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by bike. By train, you can quickly reach Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. There is room to place a crib.
