The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen is within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely independent, has a free entrance and fantastic views of the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. A good base for beautiful cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and the Wadden Islands (including Texel).

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!
