We live in a peaceful modern suburban neighborhood with friendly neighbors, pretty flowers and beautiful homes. You will be delighted by the sight and sound of birds and green vegetation. The property is a concrete structure with beautiful wooden floors made of local mahogany and blue mahoe with a view of the Caribbean Sea. It Is located 10 mins from the City and 30 mins from the main entertainment area by bus. We are very hospital and look forward to helping you have a fantastic stay.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Marina Village, at the heart of Marigot Bay and just footsteps from restaurants and bars. As our guests, you benefit from free use of the two swimming pools at the neighboring Zoetry Wellness and Spa Resort. If you prefer the beach, then Sand Spit beach is just a 2-minute water ferry ride across the bay The apartments are set around the central square which is the heart of the marina village with an attractive cafe/restaurant called Hurricane Hole
