One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.

On the ground floor there is the day area with living room, dining room and kitchen all in one space. On the second floor are the 2 double bedrooms, one of them en suite and the other bathroom. Upstairs, hinged the third bedroom with two single beds and ocean views.
