Mas Alegot is an old barn dating back to 1903, restored as a house with a modern architectural approach while respecting its historical context, preserving the building's elements. The house's interior exudes contemporary comfort and spaciousness, warmth and good taste. The house is well oriented overlooking its large garden and the impressive landscape: the fields, the Montgrí mountain with its castle and the poplar forests. The garden of about 1000 m2 offers many spaces to spend relaxing moments: a pleasant swimming pool, terraces, pergolas, barbecue, a small organic orchard, a large expanse of lawn and native plants. Located in one of the most interesting spots in the Empordà area, with its medieval villages such as Peratallada, Palau Sator, Pals or Ullastret, the house is at the end of a beautiful small and quiet rural village, surrounded by fields of apple trees, sunflowers and corn, with views of the countryside. At the same time, it is less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches, coves and fishing villages of the Costa Brava near Pals and Begur. The area is perfect for family vacations due to its many possible activities, such as cycling, hiking, water sports, a variety of golf courses, cultural activities and visits, and its rich gastronomy. Also interesting is a visit to the nearest city (with its airport), Girona, beautiful with its cathedral and Jewish quarter and rich in its commercial life. Ground floor: kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron...), living room (fireplace, stereo), bathroom (toilet, sink) 1st. Floor: bedroom suite (double bed, closet) with integrated bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet), double bedroom (double bed, closet) with upper floor with a single bed, bedroom-study (TV, DVD, single sofa bed, fireplace), bathroom (bathtub-shower, sink, toilet). There is WiFi. Outside: terrace 1 with pergola, terrace 2 with pergola (barbecue), private pool 5 x 6, parking, outdoor furniture, children's chair, crib. The entire house, garden and pool are available to the guest. It is located on private land, not shared with other neighbors. We, Carles and Constanze, are always attentive and available if the guest needs us. You can call or send us a message with any questions, concerns, or problems. For your arrival, we usually welcome you personally, adapting as much as possible to your schedule (in high seasons from 1:00 PM when another guest is checking out in the morning), we show and explain the house, give the keys and leave the guest a house guide including updated recommendations for restaurants, activities, shopping etc. The house is located in Fontclara, a charming stone village in the heart of Baix Empordà. It offers its visitors beautiful country landscapes, medieval stone villages, and a turquoise sea of unique beaches. A car is recommended as a means of transportation to get around quickly. There is a bus that connects the village with larger ones, but only once or twice a day. The area is flat, making it easy to get around by bike. Electricity and water costs are included in the price, but heating is an additional cost based on consumption.

An apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse from 1873. Pau and Wafa live and host in the same house. Cozy and family atmosphere. Situated in a small village in the northwest of Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec mountains, Pre-Pyrenees. 1h30min drive from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you can find everything you need for shopping. Rustic experience, ideal for disconnecting from the city and spending time in contact with the countryside and nature.

La intrèpida is an old barn transformed into a loft-style apartment for 4 people. Ideal for couples with children or for a group of friends. Restored and equipped cottage - Garrotxa 8p

Fully restored country house, located in the Oix Valley, within the Garrotxa Natural Interest Area. It has a fully equipped independent kitchen, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large dining room and living rooms and two outdoor terraces. With independent air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave. It has a ping pong table, Australian gas barbecue and wood barbecue. The farmhouse has 25 hectares of land for the exclusive use of guests.

La Premsa de Cal Carulla. A house with history.

Old building where there was a wine press, restored into a fully equipped house. It has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with all the utensils including a dishwasher and a smart TV. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two with a hydromassage shower and one with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two single beds. Outside there is a private barbecue and garden furniture.

CASA CARLOTA, THE PALLER

The house has four rooms of different sizes decorated in different styles, each with a full bathroom, bedding, towels, a closet, TV, and an outside view; an open dining room, living room, and kitchen equipped with furniture and kitchenware; and a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The entire house has Wi-Fi included in the price. We have extra beds and baby accessories (crib, high chair, bathtub) at no extra cost.

La Pallissa - Old renovated barn with rustic charm

Old renovated barn converted into tourist accommodation with all the current comforts and with a rustic and cozy decoration. It offers a spacious and comfortable space where you can share good times with family and friends at all times of the year thanks to its patio with barbecue and its interior fireplace. Located just 3 minutes on foot from the historic center of Pals, its location offers tranquility and privacy to its guests.

La Cabañita de Llívia, Cerdanya, Puigcerdá

Full apartment, renovated in June 2019, very nice and cozy, consisting of two floors. Main floor with living-dining room, smart TV, WiFi, fireplace and balcony, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single bunk beds and exit to the balcony), plus a full bathroom. On the second floor, an old converted barn, you will have a double bed with a "velux" window from where you can see the stars at night. A gem!!

El Corral d'Olives

El Corral is a former hay barn restored in 2023, set in a unique location between Pla de l’Estany, Gironès and Empordà. Surrounded by nature, it features a garden, private pool and is only 20 minutes from Girona, Banyoles, L’Escala or Figueres. With capacity for 10 guests, it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. One bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility. A cozy space to enjoy with family or friends.

La Pahissa: A house to enjoy and disconnect

Places of interest: family activities, sports activities (hiking, horseback riding, skiing, mountain biking, etc.), cultural activities, gastronomy... It has a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor dining in the garden. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €10 per animal per night. Maximum capacity of the house: 10 people (8 in bed and 2 extra)
