This 70's-inspired home was recently renovated and features three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, large dining area, fully-stocked kitchen, garage, patio, fully fenced backyard with jumbo Cowboy Pool, and all the amenities needed to be your home away from home! Only a 5-10 min drive to South Congress shops, 10-15 to downtown, walking distance to neighborhood park, coffee shop, brewery, and food trucks!

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 3 people, although the space would be a little tight for 3 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
