It's nice to be able to stay as a family in the apartment rather than the complex of Hoan Kiem. There is a Big C Mart right in front of the items you need, so it was nice to be able to buy them like locals. ~ ~

The apt is well located - very short distance from a lake & multiple restaurants. I felt at home in this nice apt. Check-in & check-out was easy, and the host helpful & responsive.

I stayed at the property at the end of a business trip I felt right at home from the start. The location is great to explore in Hanoi. The host was always easily accessible and always very helpful. Would stay there again and again.

I live in Vietnam. It's usually a hotel when I leave Hanoi on the weekend, but this time I used Airbnb and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's not a hotel, so it's not a must, but I thought it would be nice to have a hair dryer. That's it!

This is the second time I have chosen Nghiem's place to stay when coming to Hanoi. Right now, while waiting for being taken to the airport, I'm writing a few lines of review for you. The location is nothing to complain about, it's too convenient to get around. The room with lake view is airy and romantic, allowing me to sit for hours on the balcony without getting bored. The apartment is tidy and clean, the host is enthusiastic and helps a lot. I will definitely come back next time.

Greenbay is beautifully maintained and very safe with lots of security. The apartment was clean and the host quickly responded to any messages. Highly recommend!

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

They responded really quickly and listened to all requests for using the accommodation in general, such as cleaning requests in the middle, requesting an additional card key, and airport drop-off service. I am willing to use it again next time.

My room truly exceeded my expectations; it’s an attic space with a lovely garden that feels incredibly chill, especially in the evenings. It’s like sitting in the middle of a valley surrounded by skyscrapers. A notable plus is that the host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is always helpful when I need assistance. Highly recommended!
