Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

I loved my stay here! It's really beautifully designed home in a traditional vietnamese building. It has a lot of storage space, soft bedding and a good working station. The neighborhood is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops. It's not touristy. If you want to experience authentic living in Hanoi, this place is perfect. The hosts are very friendly and considerate! Thank you so much for creating a home away from home!

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Thanks Kim for everything. See you again on the next opportunity. This is a spacious room at the top of a big luxury house. Private balcony for at least get a fresh air. It has a bathroom immediately outside the room but nobody use it so it’s almost “private”. You can use the full equipment kitchen at the first floor and the spacious living room if you need to receive someone. There are many local places around to eat, if you are well familiar with culture & Vietnamese food. I found Phở in a near alley crossing the street. Getting thru different alleys you can get to a local market or find other streets with plainly places to eat local. There are severals nearby bus stops to/from the center or to/from the airport. Bus transportation system in Hanoi is very effective and I frequently use it. Use goxglemap routing function to find out. It’s a great choice if you want to be outside the center but near enough. I used the washing machine another convenient thing.

Nice appartment, looks just like the pictures. The host is super quick with replying and was very helpful. Keep in mind it’s not close to the center and it can be hard to book a grab from and to the place, especially in rush hour. But it’s in a decent neighborhood with lots of restaurants & it has a really nice view of the lake

Had a great stay

There was a lot of noise when you open the window, but if you close the window, it won't be a problem at all. It is close to restaurants and convenience stores and the surroundings are clean and good!

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

Very responsive host

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.

I would highly recommend this flat for the convenience, cleanliness and responsive host. Đefinitely would visit here again.
