Duplex house in a gated community. 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs with beds, mattresses, a clothes rack and a balcony overlooking the pool. Downstairs, there is 1 bedroom with a single bed and extra mattress, a bathroom (reversible), a living room, a dining room and a kitchen furnished with all utensils. In the shared outdoor area, we have a swimming pool for children and adults, a deck with a barbecue, 2 social toilets, a children's playground and private parking for 2 cars.

With a great location on the beach of Icaraí- Caucaia/Ce, 3 minutes from the sea, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, gas stations and close to Cumbuco beach, Lagoa do Banana, Lagoa and Meds restaurant. Ideal for relaxing with your family. The condominium has a swimming pool, deck with barbecue, and a playground for children.

Phuket House

Casa Phuket is located in a residential condominium in an environmental preservation area in Cumbuco with 24-hour concierge and direct access to the beach. It is 550 m2 divided into 6 comfortable suites that accommodate up to 16 people (visitors only previously negotiated). Private pool and full deck. Bands, karaoke, parties or loud music are not allowed. Room sound allowed only by the house sound box and up to 22 hours (limit 65 decibels ).

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
