Duplex House in a gated community. 3 bedrooms suites being 2 at the top with beds, mattresses, clothing storage support and balcony overlooking the pool. In the underside 1 bedroom with single bed and extra mattress, bathroom (reversible), living room, dining room and furnished kitchen with all utensils. In the shared outdoor area we have a swimming pool for children and adults, deck with barbecue, 2 social WC, children's playground and private parking for 2 cars.

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
