Holiday rentals with a sauna in Caucasus Mountains

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Tbilisi, and it was an amazing experience! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a convenient area close to major attractions. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and provided excellent local tips that made my trip even better. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy bed to a fully functional kitchen. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tbilisi for a memorable and hassle-free experience!

Nice apartment great location

Many thanks to our host! Communication with her is easy and pleasant! The photos correspond to reality. The veranda has very good views of both the mountain and the sea. The bed is king size and very comfortable. All the conditions are there to have a good rest. The courtyard is very clean with pools. However, the food in the area is very good but very Expensive! l recomend marinas apartment.

Everything was easy and smooth, The apartment have everything you need, in the best location of batumi.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The house was very clean and well kept. The items were like new. The host was very friendly.

Located in the center of Batumi, close to the sea, the house is spacious and sophisticated, the balcony is perfect, the mattress is quiet and comfortable, the mattress is very comfortable, the hygiene is perfect, the use of the convenience details is perfect, the response and communication is smooth, the experience is highly recommended.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Ekaterine's place is very cozy. Location is perfect. Ekaterine was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her apartment.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Mayya is an amazing host - she made us feel like at home. The apartment is great, has all the amenities and a big plus for us is the floor heating and access to gym & spa. Highly recommend for people seeking peaceful accommodation. The area is great too - close to the beach, walkable with loads of cafes and restaurants. Will definitely come back.

Very nice house at center of Kutaisi with three separate bedrooms

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

Very clean and the owner is very accommodating

This was a great place to stay for our family. We have 2 little ones and wanted a place that had plenty of room to play and there was. The pool gets very warm if you want it to and the sauna works amazingly. The host was very responsive and very helpful when we needed him. Overall we had a great time.
