In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

Adorable and brand new 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ski-in/ski-out apartment with views of Gudauri mountains can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment also features a separate living room with a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free access to WiFi, one full bathroom with a laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, and panini maker. The apartment has two balconies, two ski lockers, and is located only 400 feet from the main ski lift.

Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Guests have access to the whole apartment (studio): kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and all the necessary amenities, also this apartment have a ski depot, on first floor of block . Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.

The area is regularly treated for insects, but as it’s surrounded by pristine forest, you may occasionally notice a fly or small bug — part of the true mountain experience.
