Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the large IKI sauna stove provides soft steam. Bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. Surrounded by beautiful forest and good fishing waters in the Howler. Welcome to Ulvontähti!

Cottage on the shore of Lake Hako

Electrified cottage with a good lake view. Large terrace, summer kitchen, outdoor sauna, fire pit (by agreement), several campfire sites, gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator and a small freezer compartment. Space for a group of 6 people. There is a rowing boat with an electric motor. Running water from the lake. (There is drinking water in a canister in the cottage.) The sauna has electric travel showers. Fishing in the lake and small game hunting (by agreement) is possible. For long-term guests, laundry service is available.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation at the tip of your own lake cove and peninsula. Kivijärvi is Finland's 30th largest, largely wilderness and fish-rich lake. Nearby is also Salamajärvi National Park with hiking trails and services of different levels. This small but really functional place for a small family vacation or telecommuting by the beautiful scenery and tranquility. Still, the services are close in two directions, Kivijärvi center about 15 min and Kinnula 20 min.

The beach has its own beach, a jetty and a rowboat, which make moving on the water and summer days enjoyable. This cottage offers a natural atmosphere and modern amenities all year round.

Leporinne's 59 m2 two-bedroom apartment is located in the center of Saarijärvi on the shore of the lake. This apartment is a private apartment in the extension of a detached house, with its own entrance. The central location brings a pleasant ease to your work or vacation trip, as shops, schools, sports fields, playgrounds and other downtown services are just a short walk away. On the other hand, you may also enjoy the yard, as guests have access to the beach and the lush yard.

The yard offers parking for three cars and the option for electric car charging at an additional cost. The house features three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1x160 cm, 2x140 cm), a pull-out sofa bed, and a 160 cm air mattress. Two showers and two separate toilets ensure a smooth stay, even for larger groups.

Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
