A small and atmospheric sauna cottage on the shore of a clear lake offers a wonderful escape from everyday life. The property has a sandy beach and a swimming jetty. You also have access to a sauna, a rowing boat and an outdoor terrace for cooking and dining. The sauna room has a fireplace and you can stay overnight even in cooler weather. There is room for four guests, as there are two places to stay in the sauna loft and a sofa bed that can be spread down. An outdoor toilet can be found behind the sauna room.

Villa Mustaniemi, 180-degree lake view

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake. The house is bright and spacious. And you can even see a pair of otters on the lake from the window. The nearby rapids offer beautiful views and spot a Beaver family in the area. A separate sauna building, which will be completed in 08/2025, will also offer a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage in a very beautiful location makes it easy to relax and enjoy good company.

Leporinte's 59 m2 two bedroom apartment is located in the center of Saarijärvi on the shore of the lake. This apartment is a private apartment in the extension of a detached house, with its own entrance. The apartment is located near the University of Jyväskylä and Lake Jyväskylä, close to the city center (about 2 km on foot).
