Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Located in the tranquil setting of Schroeder Creek on scenic Kootenay Lake & includes access to: kayaks (2), hot tub, fire pit, beach chairs, umbrella, beach & boat access. Close to the amenities of Kaslo, but far enough to 'get away from it all' and enjoy nature!

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

We are located on 4 acres of forested property with breathtaking views of the Arrow Lakes and the surrounding mountains. ​ Unplug and unwind. Enjoy this wonderful Off-Grid rustic Cabin nestled on the shores of Arrow Lakes. Relax on your private deck and use our canoe or kayaks. Swim in the clear waters of Arrow Lake just a few minutes walk from your doorstep! Your pets are welcome with an added fee and following guidelines.

We are busy so often don’t see guests but nearby if you need :) Just 7 minute drive to Invermere!

Facilities include outhouse, outdoor shower with instant hot water, outdoor kitchen with camp stove, BBQ & cooler, bring ice. Sauna is available for use (bring bathrobe). Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost.
