Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Central Louisiana

Lindsey was a wonderful host and everything was exactly as described. Such a charming, beautiful and peaceful home. We will definitely be back the next time we visit family.

Joanne was a great host! This house was perfect for my family of 5. Our teenagers had a room to themselves. My husband and I took the room with 2 beds so that our 4 year old could have her own beds (which was lovely). The house is connected to another cottage in the back, but separated enough to not be invasive. The checkout instructions were very simple and easy to follow. There was a small issue but Joanne called right away and resolved everything and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this place and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

The house was well stocked , the kitchen as wonderful !! Everything was great, we spent a lot of time outside!! We will definitely stay again!!!!

The cottage was decorated so cute! One thing I did not realize was that there was no actual shower, it had a soaking tub and sprayer. The property was extremely noisy, but that was in the listing. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. Lisa was very responsive to any questions or changes.

Great stay! Plenty of space and privacy for our group. Exactly as described! Check in and out was simple and Thomas was very responsive and accommodating.

Very spacious. We had 8 -10 people the whole time and no issues with sharing bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens. Plenty of room to spread out your things. Having 2 kitchens was awesome. The fire pit was great as it was cool in the evenings. We brought a boat. Parked under covered dock but we used public ramp which was a few miles down the way. It would be fine for a smaller boat. Being on a cove the water level questionable. Bait & tackle/gas/grocery shop about 5 miles away. Plenty of parking. Nice for large family or friends gathering with plenty of space inside or outdoors.

Very comfortable, clean place to stay. Darlene thought of everything, with plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, cleaning supplies, everything. The sunrise in the morning was beautiful! Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay with Tanya. We were close to The Little Easy, Natchez Brewing Company and Smoots Grocery. The Carriage House was spacious, clean and well adorned for a very relaxing and private weekend. We loved the screen porch where we were able to enjoy a stormy night before turning in. Highly recommend Tanya as a host! She was very friendly and easy to reach, giving us a very warm, welcome at-home feeling. We will return for her hospitality, amenities and local entertainment, all within walking distance. Thank you for a great anniversary weekend!

Peggy and Josh thought of everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing visit . I love the added touches they included . And they were very responsive and flexible with every question we had. We plan to visit again.
