My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. Villa Athina

Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.
