Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Vietnam

I stayed for 3 nights and it was so good. Towels and 4 bottles of water were provided daily (I personally didn't ask for cleaning service), and it was perfect for a swimmimg. The private beach was also so cool for our family to spend time. I was also provided with an airport drop-off service for 3 nights, so I was able to finish my trip comfortably. I was able to communicate with the host from time to time, so there was no discomfort. If I visit Da Nang again next time, I want to stay again!

Very good place, sea view... it's just l in the same side of the road where Hilton, Radisson is... you will feel like home in front of the beach Very good host... i got suggestions for good food and i tried them as well... Chickpea is top among the recommended.. Got bike for 3 days at very affordable price... Reception team members are very good and friendly... helped me to keep the luggage, with bike, tickets for ba na hills... thank you very much for all the good service...

Lee is a great host. And the place was amazing. On 41st floor, it’s a pent house and not a room. So feels like a suite home. Lee is very helpful and we highly recommend the place

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It is located right in the center, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were absolutely no insects, not even ants. The host was incredibly responsive to any requests

+ very good locations with lots of shops, cafe + supportive and helpful owner and stuff +seaview +cleaning twice per week included + has 2 separate bathrooms and bedrooms - can be noisy because of traffic and sea, i guess it effects all building on the street that is close to the sea - we were not lucky with weather during our stay, so air felt humid and moldy. Problem was solved during cleaning, I suppose stuff had some cleaning solution against mold. I didn't see mold itself but it felt in the air. In sunny days and after cleaning it was much better. And again this probably happens to all apartments in the area.

Wonderful stay!! We had the best time and so thankful to Lam and her team. Very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our stay, very clean and comfortable. Eat at Non Restaurant across the street. Clean beach. Market opens at 4:30am each morning just down the road. Thank you!!!

Great place very close to the beach, many places around. The city is also close. It was very clean and a big plus for the mineral water to drink.

Very tastefully decorated and comfortable place to stay. The upstairs bedroom gets a wonderful ocean breeze and it’s so relaxing to sit on the daybed on the terrace and let the hours pass. One tiny complaint is a lack of common living space but I feel the modern architecture style and gorgeous finishings make up for this issue.

The house is lovely and beautifully designed, the balcony is big and gorgeous. The only thing that bothered me that the water in the filter smelled like a worker, the host said it was normal, but it smelled bad to me.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Ninh and Son were great hosts, helpful, friendly, genuine people. The accommodation is very comfortable, bright and clean. The small alleyways around it offer great food options and services. The rooftop space was an added bonus.

This apartment is located just right across from the beautiful beach and kept very well managed. Every small detail was provided by Tu and Tho, who were very friendly and generous hosts. It is absolutely out of their control and definitely not the host's fault but during my 1.5 months of stay, there were construction noises from other units on different floors, almost every weekday. It usually starts at 8am and lasts till 5pm but the rest of the day is very quiet. Tu and Tho tried extremely hard to make my stay more comfortable and I really appreciate their effort.
