This centrally-located accommodation is located in an older residential area in the northern parts of Trelleborg, about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center and central station. In the nearby area is the beautiful Östervångsparken with outdoor gym and playground, summer camp areas, the Vångavallen soccer stadium and Söderslättshallen's sports hall and bar. Here you can discover Trelleborg, its villages, beautiful beaches and Sweden's southernmost headland. You live near Copenhagen, Malmö, Ystad -Österlen, Skanör-Falsterbo and Sturups and Kastrup airports.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

The stable in old cozy Skanör

In old Skanör, there is this guest house that was a stable more than 100 years ago. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Welcome to Gislövs Läge, the cute old fishing village on the south coast of Skåne. Check out from everyday life in this cute house located right on a quiet sandy beach. In the completely renovated kitchen, you can cook a lovely dinner to enjoy with sea views. Or why not have a barbecue one evening on the patio with a sea view? The garden is peaceful with its grapevines and fruit trees, here you can relax! In the nearby area, there is a harbor, beach, tavern, interior design shops and camping with mini golf.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
