Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Une annexe sur deux étages dans une maison écolo.

Vous avez votre propre entrée privée et cela vous donne accès à deux pièces sur deux étages. Il y a un premier lit qui se trouve au premier avec le sauna. Au deuxième, se trouve un deuxième lit double et une salle d'eau complète. L'annexe est relié par un couloir fermé à la maison principale (partagée) où vous trouverez la cuisine et la salle de lavage. L'annexe, n'est jamais partagé avec d'autres voyageurs, même si vous prenez qu'un lit.

This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
