It is located 50 m from the tram stop line 4 St-Guilhem-Courreau (2 stops from the train station, between Peyrou and Observatoire stops), at the intersection of Boulevard du Jeu de Paume and Rue St Guilhem. Close to all amenities but without immediate proximity to restaurants and night bars which makes it quiet.

The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. Three rooms in the Ecusson

My accommodation is located in the heart of the pedestrian area, close to the train station and transport to the beach. You will appreciate my renovated and air-conditioned apartment for the large living room with vintage furniture, the fully equipped kitchen and the small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. Two bedrooms (bed/160 and bed/140) and a shower room with large shower complete this accommodation.

Welcome to our warm studio in the heart of Montpellier. It consists on the ground floor of an equipped kitchenette and a shower room with wc. On the mezzanine (height 1m73) you will find a sleeping area (bed 130), a dressing room and a relaxation area. NB: the stairs are steep and large suitcases will be difficult to climb. This place isn't suitable for small children or people with mobility issues.
