This mini loft is located in the heart of the historic center of Montpellier, in a pedestrian area of the old town named "Ecusson". The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. This is my primary residence, not a place for rent only. The apartment is air-conditioned. I would ask you to make reasonable use of the air conditioning. For stays longer than 3 days, the electricity meter will be read on arrival. Any excessive consumption will be charged.
