In charming family farmhouse of 350m², close to Cheverny; large garden, surrounded by fields and organic vines. The master bedroom is on the ground floor (22 m²), with bathroom of 7m² can be booked either alone (€90 per night) or with the other bedrooms which are on the first floor, and which have a shared bathroom: three double bedrooms (70, 60 and 50€ per night) including one with a sink. A children's room with two single beds and a sink (€50 per night) can also be rented.

Beautiful house (230 sqm) adjoining a private relaxation area with sauna, spa, indoor heated pool. Ground floor: spacious living room (about 100 m² with living room, dining room, fitted kitchen), large shower room, toilet, laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The bay windows overlook a large terrace (with possibility of BBQ) overlooking the 10,000 m ² plot that descends to the fishing pond. Outdoor games for children and large courtyard with car shelter.

An outdoor seating area features a round table surrounded by four light green chairs. A wooden door with glass panels allows access to the studio inside, while a decorative white fence and greenery provide a sense of privacy.
