Located in the historic heart between Place des 3 Ormeaux and Place des Prêcheurs, the loft is on the 2nd floor of a XVII South facing building, small terrace on the courtyard, beautiful height under the ceiling. Its floor area is 66m2. A floor renovation, kitchen bathroom has just been carried out. It's air-conditioned except 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The proximity to the market, shops and restaurants makes it an ideal base in the city center without disturbing street noise, the neighborhood is very popular.
